We are focussed on creating capability within organisations to deliver and embed strategic change and deliver successful projects – transferring skills, knowledge and expertise to your teams.

Jenny started her professional career as a Chartered Building Surveyor before specialising in Project Management, completing a MSc in Construction Project Management. Jenny also has PRINCE2 and Change Management certifications.

Jenny has experience across all Building Surveying Services which underpins her technical knowledge and previously worked for a number of large construction consultancies (James Barr/GVA and Cushman & Wakefield), representing a variety of Clients across both public and private sectors. 

Jenny has a strong interest in workplace design and the relationships between place, people and technology. It is this passion which has led to the founding of Workplace Scotland, a consultancy which aims to inspire and support organisations in creating excellent physical and virtual workplace environments to enable their people to do their best work.
