About Jenny Mitchell
Jenny began her career as a Chartered Building Surveyor before specialising in Project Management, completing an MSc in Construction Project Management. She also holds PRINCE2 and Change Management certifications.
Her experience spans the full range of building surveying services, providing a solid technical foundation. Jenny has worked with leading consultancies including James Barr/GVA and Cushman & Wakefield, representing clients across the public and private sectors, and has also worked client-side.
Driven by a strong interest in workplace design and the relationship between people, place, and technology, Jenny founded Workplace Scotland to bring these passions together. Her goal is to inspire and support organisations in creating physical and virtual environments that enable people to do their best work.
Jenny is also committed to knowledge sharing across disciplines and mentoring the next generation of construction professionals.
